Important! Please Read Carefully Before Starting

  1. Payment: One-time setup cost is to be paid in advance with the work order.
  2. Monthly Charge: Monthly recurrent charge is payable on a prepaid basis.
  3. LAN Cabling and other Costs:   UTP cable will provide with per meter cost.
  4. Service: Any issues regarding internet connectivity, we will resolve them within one (1) hour. Also, we provide a dedicated service policy for corporate users 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. . We will also provide redundant connectivity from two different POP to ensure 99% uptime.   
  5. Delivery Time: 3 working days from the date of receiving the work order and full payment of setup cost whichever is later.
  6. Bandwidth Upgrade/Downgrade: Any bandwidth upgrade/downgrade will require information 1 week before the end of the billing cycle.
  7. Termination: Either party can serve Termination Notice of the service by issuing at least 15 days prior notice. In case of early termination of the Client during the initial contract period, the Client shall be liable for the payment of the remaining billing cycle. All equipment provided by First n Fast IT Ltd. Will remain as property of First n Fast IT Ltd and has to be returned in case of termination.
8.Confidentiality Clause: Every proposal is being submitted to Client by First n Fast IT Ltd. on the understanding that the contents of this document will not be divulged to any third party without the expressed written consent of First n Fast IT Ltd. It is also understood that First n Fast IT Ltd. will not divulge any confidential information of the  Client that it may have access to in the course of executing the project described in this proposal.
9. Warranty: One-year limited warranty will be provided. However, it does not include the replacement of spares damaged due to extraneous reasons like lightning, fire, burns, flood, electrical surges, and such other force majeure causes and faulty operation. The client must have proper earthing and grounding for all equipment.

8. Rules to be followed by Client

  1. Client agrees to abide by all the rules, regulations, netiquette already existing or to be announced later by BTRC, BSSCL, BTCL, ISPAB, GOV or any other authorized entities. Client agrees not to use the Internet to violate the privacy of any other person, no matter whether or not there is any protection on any part of the system or not.
  2. Client is not allowed to send or receive government secret or illegal information (such as copyrighted information for which Client has not received permission or information, which is threatening or defamatory or obscene, etc).
